This is a very nice one (queen) bedroom home (brand new twin folding bed also available) with a huge private patio with outdoor dining and living area patio furniture as well as bar, outdoor sink, brand new gas grill. There is also shed/tea house equipped with brand new futon, electricity & cable TV, but no plumbing. Good for a child (playhouse) teenager, an overnight guest or a great little get-a-way. The Kitchen is beautiful and has sub-zero refrigerator, double ovens, Cuisinart grind & brew coffee maker, Krups panini maker. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bedroom and living room have TV, DVD players, bose radio. Newly decorated bathroom with above counter designer ceramic sink and combo washer & dryer. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with 5- 10 minute walk to Beaches, Oak Bluffs center/harbor & restaurants & Tabernacle/Gingerbread cottages, arts district, and shops.
