The property has 4500 square feet of recently improved space, offering 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The exterior is a Mediterranean styled building with ivy growing up the facade and a wrap around terrace with unobstructed views of the valley. The interior is decidedly contemporary with heated marble floors and wood flooring in the sleeping areas. The finishes are all top of the line featuring Philippe Starck designed bath hardware, custom doors and a custom stairwell. The kitchen is a large gourmet kitchen with all of the modern appliances and 2 dishwashers and oversized island. There are two living rooms, The private living room features a 70' HDTV with blue ray DVD and dish network. The Living room, Dining area and Kitchen are equipped with a central Bang and Olufsen stereo system. All bedrooms are equipped with either 37' - 50' HDTV with DVD and dish network. The master bath has a walk in rain shower and a whirlpool tub.

The closet area is a dramatic walk in area with beautiful mahogany mill work. The house is set on eight wonderful view acres, double gated. The main building features the public living spaces with 3 bedrooms and feature fine Italian high thread count linens, down pillows and comforters. There is a private cottage adjacent to the main house also newly renovated with its own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and 37' HDTV with DVD and dish network. The home is equipped with high speed wireless internet service. On the grounds there is a Private Jacuzzi brand hot tub for 6 people and an adjacent 400 square feet deck with valley views. The main arrival has parking for up to 10 cars and a 3 car garage. Located only 5 minutes to 101 this is an extremely private and quiet location as there are no homes within view of the house and grounds.
