Franklin house Rental Property Information

For those who want to enjoy everything the Smoky Mountains has to offer, this home is exactly what you need. Our house will comfortably sleep up to 10 people and there is something for everyone in the area. Our house has a fully-equipped kitchen and a BBQ grill. Satellite TV offers 200 channels and there is a television with VCR and DVD player. We offer high-speed Internet and free phone services in the US. Along with the hot tub on the patio, there is a jetted tub in the master bathroom. Linens and towels are provided. One day of your vacation may include a whitewater rafting trip on the Wild and Scenic Chattooga River, the only Wild and Scenic river in the Southeast United States. On the way back to your cabin you’ll be hungry so stop at the Dillard House which is famous for its southern family-style dinner, a must for every vacationer in the area. After a day like that, you’ll be grateful for the hot tub awaiting you on the porch.

If there’s one thing you must absolutely do while visiting us it would be stopping at The Creamery. The Creamery offers some of the best homemade ice cream that will ever pass your lips. It’s like a party for your mouth. They also offer homemade butter and extremely fresh milk. The best part of The Creamery is it’s only a 5 minute walk from the house. So you can have spectacular ice cream every day. Even more than once a day! After all, you're on vacation.
