The living room area has a flat screen TV, pull lout sofa bed and love seat with a gas wood stove. There is a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. Pets are welcome. Cancellation Policy We have a 72 hour cancellation policy that is strictly enforced. No refunds for early departures. Any cancellations made after the 72 hour period will be charged one nights room and tax. A deposit of one nights room and tax is due at the time of booking. No shows will be charged entire amount of stay. All property will be assessed after each guest departure and damage or theft will be immediately charged to the guest.

Pet Policy We welcome pets. There is a $15.00 per pet per room fee. Any excessive damage to the property by pets will be charged to the guests.
