| Notes: | You will enjoy your time spent in this uniquely furnished and decorated Euro-style home. It's not an investment property, but a well loved home and that feeling is conveyed throughout. Nestled into the woods, we offer cozy charm and privacy plus lots of wildlife and hiking trails. Ceiling fans are located throughout the home. The refrigerator is stocked with common condiments. We also keep a binder with directions to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc for your convenience. While we do not allow smoking inside of the home, both decks are equipped with ashtrays. The rear deck includes a retractable Sunsetter awning so you'll never have to smoke in the rain. A high chair and baby swing can be provided upon request as well as a geriatric toilet/commode and shower seat. We also have a twin-sized Aerobed with bedding that easily accommodates a child. Evenings tend to be cool even in the Summer months. Be sure to bring a light jacket/sweater |

Pets Well trained, housebroken dogs over the age of 1 year are considered, but must be discussed and approved prior to the signing of the contract.
Skiing Information: Just a 30 minute drive from Camelback. Plentiful cross-country skiing available on the trails just behind our home.
