Williamstown barn Rental Property Information

Our Carriage barn was completed in 2007 with cathedral ceilings throughout, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. On historic Green River Road only a mile from the Williams College campus, the '62 Center, and the Sterling Francine Clark Art Institute, our apartment is in close proximity to all of the attractions that the Berkshires have to offer. With two large, generously furnished bedrooms and one full bathroom, the Carriage Barn comfortably sleeps five adults among two queen and one twin sized bed. The spacious main living area includes an island bar, a separate dining area, and a plush living room with a 42' flat screen TV (with HBO, Showtime, etc.) which is perfect for either quiet family time or entertaining guests. Finally, a French door in the master suite opens up to a raised deck for dining, sunbathing, or just relaxing with friends or family.

In addition, our Carriage Barn is less than one mile from the Williams College campus, which is perfect for college visitors, family members, alumni, and faculty. This region offers a magnificent display of fall foliage as well as famous ski resorts, museums, theater attractions, and shopping and dining venues.
