All new furniture from door to door including sofas, dining area, chairs, bedding, towels, etc. All new kitchen supplies, cookware, etc. All contents are 100% brand new summer 2008, and the property is simply sparking clean and looks like a show home. Enjoy a great private deck - drink coffee in your PJ's with no neighbors in sight! Notice the private entrance as well.

You are right beside the premium gas barbecue.....and the complex keeps the barbecues very clean, as are all the common areas. The beautiful pool and hot tub are for you to enjoy with the passkey, complete with another BBQ next to the pool, showers, and clean bathrooms at the pool area.
