Palm Desert condo Rental Property Information

Located in the Ironwood Country Club. Very safe and secure. Near to and uphill from the famous El Paseo shopping district. This is a quiet private end unit with the back patio on a greenbelt which is on the tail out of the 10th green. There is a loaded grapefruit tree off the patio fresh for the picking. The patio has a setting for 4 with 2 additional lounge chairs with a south western facing view of the mountains. The second bedroom has direct access to a bathroom with a large shower, and its own enclosed courtyard with a small wall fountain. The master bath has a large oval tub with a shower. Not over furnished, but has all you need for a nice relaxing time. 2 car attached garage with the washer and dryer inside. All new appliances in the kitchen, and all new pots, pans, and dishes. 2 pools and hot tubs are across the street. Another pool at the end of the court overlooks the valley and The Reserve. There are 5 pools in our section. Internet access provided.

Ironwood Country Club, above the El Paseo. There is a trail system nearby for hiking into the mountains for fantastic views of the valley and all of Palm Desert. It is also close to The Living Desert. Lots of golf courses in the Palm Desert area. Ironwood is above the valley floor on a gentle slope, nestled against the mountains.
