Welcome to the 200 acre Milltown Farm. Located just outside the Washington D.C. metropolitan area in northern Virginia.
This 1765 'historic manor home' (8000 sq ft) is located in the center of a working 'Black Angus' farm (and 3 Lamas). The home went through extensive restoration and additions in the late 70's and recent updates in 2008. For the past years the home was used as a B&B then a private estate residence. Now ... it is available for groups, family get together and those wanting to experience privacy and nature but just minutes away from all the modern conveniences of Washington D.C. and battle fields.
The home is easily accommodates up to 4 couples (master bedroom with fireplace and private bath, 3 guest bedrooms with shared bath). It is great for family, friends or the corporate retreat. Plenty of serenity and privacy, but yet near everything. Enjoy one of the seven fireplaces, the porches, patios, pub room and smoke house.

- The master bedroom is located on the second floor it has a vaulted ceilings, fireplace, balcony and private bath.
The three guest bedrooms are located on the third floor and consist of queens or doubles. There is a guest bath on that floor and a balcony. Two of the three bedrooms on this floor are the original 1765 rooms with private staircases leading to the old living room and old dining room. The bedrooms are furnished with antiques.

This is a non smoking home, smoking is permitted outside or in the 'smoke house'. The smoke house the original smoke house that has been restored with brick floors, vaulted ceilings and its own fireplace. This is an out building that is great to visit with a great cigar and cocktail. |
