Swim at the community pool(membership paid for by owner) or sound-front beach while the kids are crabbing off the dock. Enjoy the children's playground or play a game of tennis or basketball on the uncrowded courts. Bring your boat or jet-ski and dock it in the backyard at your private 35 foot pier with electric & water. We love to come home from the beach and have a drink on the deck, while the kids enjoy swimming in the sound in our back yard.
