Portland condo Rental Property Information

This First Class condo is located on the Willamette River in the heart of Portland's Pearl District. The unit is located just a couple of blocks from the light rail & is close to finest dining & shopping that the Pearl District has to offer. Just across the street is Union Station for that quick trip to explore Seattle. The property is located just a few steps away from the River Walk, which runs along the Willamette river & is great for walking, jogging & biking. Also within walking distance is Saturday Market & Portland’s Water front Park. There is a convenience store & a cafe, located on the property. There is a swimming pool & a work out facility located in the complex as well. The condo is furnished with new custom low VOC furniture built in Eugene Oregon. It has new stainless steel appliances & granite counter tops through-out. There is a view of the river from the living room, kitchen & the bedroom. Just outside of the sliding glass door is a patio, a gas bbq, a fire pit.

If you are driving or renting a vehicle, during your stay, you can park your car for free in a space designated for this condo, and walk, or ride the light-rail to everything that Downtown Portland has to offer. If you want to skip renting a car, then you can take the light rail from the Portland Airport, and use the Light rail system to explore Portland. If you would rather take the train into Portland the condo is just across the street from Union Station (Amtrak).
