Orlando villa Rental Property Information

The Sand Lake Condo is located nearby I-4 for easy access to major theme parks and 1 mile away the Convention Civic Center. The Condo-Villa is located near the entrance of the facility leaving this one very accessible and having a Lake-front view! Is a 2 floor vaulted ceiling, beautiful decorated. It has a Split floor plan; leaving a 2 King beds upstairs with a balcony and a bathroom with a jetted tub. Downstairs has a bedroom w/a Queen bed with a private bath Kitchen equipped, microwave, refrigerator, range, cookware and appliances,& local phone service. Laundry facility with in reach. Parking area very convenient, only 4 feet away. Back patio or terrace were you can view beautiful sunsets. The condo gives you a good view of the lake & spectacular Disney's fireworks every night !! We are family friendly oriented!! *we speak spanish*

we are located in the heart of Olrlando; very close to all attractions and very accessible to I-4 and Sandlake Road. We are 1/2 mile away from Sea World, Universal Studios and Disney. One mile away from the Convention Civic Center! Close to the new Super Walmart Center, tourist Favorite and very Close to Wallgreens !! We are across from famous International Drive! You can find variety of family Restaurants From Mc Donalds fast foods ;to a family and Gourmet restaurant s there are too many to choose from!!! Our location is close to all water parks! and Hotels, We are a family friendly!!! and close to Airport and 528.

La villa se encuentra cerca de la picina y cerca de la cancha de tenis. Tambien cuenta con la facilad de tener Restaurant en el Fraccionamiento. Encontraras varias actividades que podras disfrutar. En el lobby podras encontrar tickets con cierto descuento a para ciertos parques. Servicios de botes acuaticos y otras actividades acuaticas estan disponibles a un precio adicional. Los centros de compras se encuentran cerca como :Wallmart Wallgreens y Publix. Te podras sentir como en tu casa.

Estamos localizados en el Centro Turistico de Orlando. Accesible a la I-4 que te llevara a todos los parques facilmente Cerca de todas las atracciones y diverciones en donde podras disfrutar de tus vacaciones sin pagar mucho dinero! Estamos cerca de las Playas; solamente a 1 hora de ellas Cocoa beach o Daytona!
