Come enjoy our Brand New Island Home that was completed this year in 2008. It will move you back in time to the way Old La Florida use to be. This is a Private Island and is only accessible by Boat or Water Taxi Via Eldred's Marina. Relax in the home or on the 500sq.ft porch. The Beach is a minute away and it is 7 miles of Pristine Paradise. Go fishing right off the beach or the bay, or you may wish to rent a boat from Gasparilla Marina and go fishing or diving or Island Hopping. Access to the Gulf is just minutes away. Visit Cabbage Key, Pine Island, or many other surrounding island's. Golf cart Rental's are available on the island and advance reservation's are recommended during peak time's. Come unwind and get back to the way Old La Florida use to be.
