Powder View Lodge is a Beautiful Private Alpine Home located 8 miles south of Breckenridge. A scenic 15 minute drive through the mountains takes you to Incredible views, quiet, peaceful surroundings, trees, and wildlife, while still being able to access all that Breckenridge has to offer. The house is 2400 Square feet. 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath. It is light and bright with a very large upstairs great room for relaxation and entertaining. We have direct TV service, washer and dryer, and a wood burning fireplace for your enjoyment. The game room downstairs has a foosball table and an air hockey table to keep the kids occupied. The house is located Just off Highway 9. Wintertime rentals REQUIRE a 4WD!

Our home is located a few miles before the Continental divide. Beautiful forests and an abundance of wildlife right out the front door. What a place to relax. Our home is comfortably furnished and the bedding is warm and comfy. We hope you love Breckenridge and Summit County as much as we do.
