Rustic elegance are the best words to describe the new custom home located in Maggie Valley. The home host a gourmet kitchen including two Bosch dishwashers, six burner professional oven, built in zoned wine refrigerator all with a fireplace for relaxing while you cook. The home has a heated floor system so the floors stay warm all the time when needed (central air-conditioning also). Three fireplaces are also located in the house. The fourth bedroom is actually a separate guest quarters located over the garage. This includes a full bathroom and private balcony. The home is located 3.5 miles from Cataloochee Ski Area and Dude Ranch and just 3 miles from Maggie Valley Golf Club, where golf and tennis are available. A large deck wraps around the front of the house for enjoying the spectacular views and moderate weather.
