This 3-4 bedroom, 4.5 bath corner Penthouse is truly one of the finest in all of Cap Cana as it is the only one which is on the ocean, inlet and the marina with breathtaking ocean views on all sides. The apartment is also equipped with Internet. A beautiful pool/bar is also right outside your door on the beach. Its surrounded by luxury stores, exclusive restaurants & 5 star hotels. The resorts Punta Espada Golf Course is a Jack Nicolas signature course and is already known as a top course in the Caribbean & maybe the world. A 2nd Nicholas course is under construction and courses by Fazio, Pete Dye, Nick Faldo, etc are all within a 20 minute drive. In April the PGA hosted a Champions Tournament at Punta Espada in it's first year of operation.

There is also a spa and beach club at the resort. Every amenity and activity imaginable is within 15 minutes of the condo. Horseback riding, all form of water sport, excellent spas, restaurants, shopping, tennis, Eco tours, etc. Punta Cana has some great nightlife as well although the 'club' area is 20 minutes away. Cap Cana is 15 minutes from the Punta Cana airport. And of course, the whole resort has 5 km of the most beautiful private beaches you will ever see. It is paradise.
