The perfect beach for all activities, including windsurfing, kayaking, canoe paddling, stand-up paddling, surfing & snorkeling. The grassy park is equipped w/picnic tables, bbq, beach shower & there is an ocean reef off the beach. Adjacent to Kalepolepo Park is the NOAA Humpback Whale Sanctuary. Whale watching October to April. You can pay the same price for a room far from the beach areas, but why? Policies: Check-in 4:00PM, Check-out 11:00AM Security Deposit: A damage deposit of $250.00 is due 10 days after booking to secure the reservation. It is separate from the rent. Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after guests leave, if all is in order after departure. Full Rental Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments can be made by check, money order, or cashier's check. **Now Accepting Paypal payments** We do not provide daily maid service. This allows you complete freedom, privacy and a secure feeling like a home away from home. There is a $60. cleaning fee added to all bookings. The condo will be clean when you arrive and it will be cleaned after you leave.

Cancellations: An administration fee of $50.00 will be charged for cancellation. Cancellations If necessary, are required 45 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date. If cancellations are made less than the 45 days prior to scheduled arrival or after scheduled arrival date, payments will be retained. If the unit can be re-rented, a pro-rated refund will be issued, less the administration fee of $50.00.
