Amazing Space was designed to be our retirement home in 3-4 years. Till then we are happy to share our lovely home with those looking for the very best in a beach vacation. Water sound beach features miles of beachfront and more preserved land than any development on 30A. Located close to everything on the Emerald Coast one stay and you will come back every year. The top floor is the perfect layout for a small family to share with its sitting/TV area, mini-kitchen/dining area, bedroom and private full bath. Large screened and open porches. Flat-screen TVs/DVDs throughout. Hi-speed internet access is provided. Enjoy a pleasant stroll past beautiful, natural scenery as you follow the wide, wooden walkway that runs right in front of your house and leads directly to the community pools, the beach club and the private, pristine beach front.

Take advantage of all that Water Sound has to offer, such as the boating pond, putting green, beach club restaurant, tennis courts, health club and coffee shop. Located midway between Seaside and Rosemary Beach with many shops and restaurants convenient to you. Parking for four cars. Sunday to Sunday rental. This is the perfect home for family vacations!
