The Master bedroom has a Select Comfort, King, indiv. chambered bed along with a mini size refrig., and cable TV. Both bathrooms are equipped with pull down shower heads and his/her sinks. Large garden tub and stand alone shower in Master Bath. Second bedroom sleeps 2 adults in full size bed and sleeps a toddler in child bed. Third bedroom sleeps one adult in a twin bed. Front room sleeps 2 adults in a queen size bed and can sleep 4 adults on 2 full size futons if needed. Pack n play available upon request. Kitchen is fully equipped with refrig., stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and many other items to make your stay pleasant. Computer with high speed Internet is available as well as WiFi for your personal laptop. 42' Flat Screen HDTV is located in den area with Cable including Disney, HBO and other movie channels. Ingram Park Mall is the closest mall at approx. 8.5 miles as well as many other shopping centers only 2-3 miles away. Movie theaters are a close as 2.1 miles to 9.1 miles. HEB Plus grocery is approx. 1.7 miles and 2 Walmart's are approx. 1.4 to 2.8 miles, depending on which Walmart chosen. Many fast food and sit down restaurants are within 1-15 minute drive. Park and pond with ducks are just 1.1 mile. Gas stations are 1 mile both directions as well. Post Office is approx 1.5 mile. Car wash is just outside the neighborhood across the street. We will provide you with area maps and guides upon arrival. Horseback riding, fishing, hunting, biking, hiking and other outdoor activities are approx. 40-50 miles away in a town called Bandera.   • There is a 4% fee for credit card use and/or paypal (this is to cover transaction fees)
  • Mid-Week cleaning is optional for a $80 fee. We charge a flat fee for small pets of $150; however, you must get authorization to have any pets.
  • $250 deposit is required to reserve the property for weekly rentals, and $100 for nightly or weekend rentals. The deposit is also used as a security deposit. Upon check out and if no damage has ocurred, the deposit will be refunded. 30 days cancellation is required. If canceled before that time period, full refund of deposit will be given. More than 15 days but less than 30 days, 50% deposit will be refunded. Anytime less than 15 days will result in 0% refund of deposit.

Extra Ammenities We would like to make your stay the most relaxing it can be; therefore, we offer several services. We will shop ahead of time for your groceries if you provide us with a list and an estimated amount for the groceries plus a service fee of $30. Baskets of all varieties can be bought for different ranges in pricing. We will stock the mini-fridge with snacks and drinks if desired for different prices. If you are on your honeymoon or celebrating a special occasion, please let us know. We would like to help you enjoy this event and might be able to offer some suggestions of the area as well as offer services for your event. A babysitter can be recommended but her schedule is based on availability.

No smoking is permitted in the home. A non-refundable fee of $200 for the week is required for any small pets, and $150/night or weekend. However, please speak with contact regarding animals before bringing them.

San Antonio is close to many area attractions. Sea World, Six Flags (Fiesta Texas), The River Walk, The Alamo, many malls, Schlitterbahn, horseback riding, golf, hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, gourmet restaurants, Tanger Outlet shopping centers, movie theaters, churches, and much, much more. Call with any questions regarding the property and extra ammenities offered.

Other Activities Sea World, Fiesta Texas (Six Flags), The Alamo, The RiverWalk, Lackland AF Base are all close. Bandera offers many outdoor activities, just 40 minut .
