The cabin has a new high-efficiency washer and dryer and a high-definition, large-screen television with more than 150 channels delivered via satellite. Some movies and games are supplied for the DVD player and PS2 game station. For a nice, quiet evening, enjoy some of the board games or jigsaw puzzles. *Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer* **Pet Friendly: A $50 non-refundable pet deposit is required for the first pet and $15 for each pet after that.** ***Minimum Age Limit for Renters: You must be 23 years of age to rent this property*** ****Smoking Not Allowed: smoking is allowed outside the property.
