The Terrace Suite is a beautiful, second floor 2 bedroom/ 1 bath vacation home on a walk street only one half block to the world famous Venice Beach boardwalk. The Terrace Suite features a large open balcony overlooking the myriad beach-goers strolling by. The large skylight gives The Terrace an open, airy feel. Everything you need is within a block or two: good restaurants, a market, and bicycle, skateboard, roller blade, surfboard, and boat rentals. Each bedroom has a new queen-size bed and the living room has a new queen-size sleeper sofa, so 6 vacationers can be comfortably accommodated. Twin air mattresses can be made available for an additional 2. The fully-equipped kitchen has new Terra cotta Spanish style flooring and the living room and bedrooms have new carpet. The Terrace Suite features: fireplace; WiFi; new 47' LCD HDTV w/ DirecTV DVR; DVD player; and FXM radio; Bose sound dock/charger in the living room.
