Walking distance from historic downtown, one block from the marina, very peaceful and relaxing area. Great view on 4th of July for fireworks. Over size pool  and hot tub downstairs, only couple of hours from downtown Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, Old Town and for adults night clubs Planet Hollywood in Orlando, in Tampa there's also Ybor Strip with plenty of great clubs, restaurants, bars and much more, 45min from Hard Rock Casino.
