Arrangements: Our property is individually owned, it is our second home, but since we can't be there in case of questions or issues, we enlist the aid of a manager for your convenience: getting and returning keys and parking and pool passes, answering your questions, calling for service if anything breaks. We think it helps you and us equally. We will answer all your questions about the property. Once you decide to rent from us, the property manager will handle all the details. Thanks!
