The home has living room with fireplace, dining room with large Restoration Hardware dining room table with seating for eight. Dine in luxury with Pottery Barn tableware and flatware. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. There is a 42 Inch Plasma TV in the living room with DVR. The Master bedroom and one other Guest bedroom each have a TV. All TVs have HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Movie Channel, Disney and On Demand. There are 2 DVD players and we offer free Wireless Internet. Once you step upstairs to the rooftop deck, you might never come back downstais. The views? You will love them! White water, Catalina Island, Newport Pier, Newport Coast, Fashion Island, Newport Bay, the mountains. We guarantee that next to being on the beach, this is where you'll be spending most of your time! We have seven beach bikes (four of which are Phat bikes) available for guests use. Garage can fit one average size car. There is plenty of free parking on the street.
