Playa Cofresi villa Rental Property Information

Brand new, five star quality, 6,400 square-foot Villa, located less than 200 yards from beautiful Cofresi Beach. This newly constructed villa boasts 6 bedrooms, 5 ½ baths and can comfortably sleep 16 persons. Built as the perfect retreat for couples or large families as well, great attention has been taken to detail. Keeping families in mind, the villa was designed with two family rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs each with its own large flat screen TV. Safety gates guard the stairways as well as access to the private pool. The large pool (34 ft-15 ft) has its own waterfall, and shallow child’s pool. To make sure you have the perfect vacation, the villa comes fully staffed, which means that all of the cooking, cleaning and laundry is done for you. Two bedroms are located on the first floor and four on the second floor.

Cofresi is an upscale resort / residential area. The Villa is five miles from Puerta Plata which is on the north shore of the Dominican Republic. Cofresi cove has on one side the Sun Village Resort and the other side Ocean World water park. The Villa is located 85 feet above the cove in the center. You find the property on Google Earth. There are several restaurants in walking distance.
