Condo is right in the middle of the entertainment area. There are cement paths to Rotary Park, the lake, bridge, model car racing track, skateboard park, water park, village, boat docks, Chamber of Commerce, rental boats, old paddle wheeler ship, movie theaters and many restaurants. Across the bridge you will find the ferry to take you to the Landing for gambling and food and more boat docks. From this condo you can watch golfers tee off. There are courtesy vans uptown that will take you to Laughlin for more gambling and food. The waterpark has lanes sectioned off for lap swimming and later in the day you can ride the waves there or slide down their indoor/outdoor, giant slide. Special events take place in Rotary Park, or under the London Bridge.

Two bedroom, two bath unit has been recently remodeled. The entry-way, bathrooms, and kitchen, and balcony are tiled in stone-look, beige, porceline, ceramic tile. Bedrooms, and living-room have upgraded, plush, warm, sand-colored carpeting. The windows not only have verticals but sun shades (two different thicknesses for the living room. The mattresses are new, top of the line firm. There are three tvs: 40' HD TV in living room, and one large screen in each bedroom. Extended chanells, and music are on the living-room TV. A DVR, and DVD in living room. One VCR in master plus Dell computer. The kitchen is stocked for a gourmet cook. Double-door frig has ice and water in door. Washer and dryer have been upgraded to full size. Air conditioning has been replaced with a more efficent model. Living-room has new, leather sofa and chair. They recline to allow three people to put their feet up. Fold-away table with chairs in the side slots allows six more place settings for meals.

View is not only of the first tee of golf course, but also lake and channel views. Linens and kitchen utilities are of the highest quality. Dishwasher is heavily insulated, along with ceiling for quiet use. The upgraded slider and all windows are also dual-pane. Planning a last minute vacation?
