There is a regular balcony stretching across the living room and the master bedroom also with a spectacular ocean view. The facilities include a large swimming pool, gym, sauna, business center, tennis court and playroom. Wonderful landscaping on the premises. Booking And Payment In order to make your reservation, please initially check rates and availability, and then send via e-mail your details and reservation request. You will thereafter receive a response from our company, which may or may not confirm availability shown on the website. If available, you will also receive a form to fill in your credit card details which form must be signed and faxed to our company's fax number indicated on such form. For your own security, we prefer to complete the payment process only after having a personal communication (by phone) with yourself or the credit card holder. For larger amounts (=longer stay or larger groups) it may be required to do a bank wire transfer to our local bank account. We shall indicate in our response if it is required to do so, but alternatively you may also indicate in your request if you prefer to do a bank wire transfer instead of a credit card payment, so that we can send you the proper documents and bank wire instructions.

Cancellation Policy Refund of payment due to unexpected cancellations prior to your arrival will be handled as follows: (1) A 20% cancellation fee is applicable for all cancellations earlier than 30 days before arrival date. (2) A 50% cancellation fee is applicable for cancellations between 15 and 30 days before arrival date. (3) A 100% cancellation fee is applicable for cancellations within 15 days from arrival date.
