There is a family room in the lower level with chairs, TV, Videos/ DVDs and games for children / teens to enjoy on a rainy day or in the evening. Two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with a set of twin beds are off the family room area. These bedrooms are perfect for a nanny or teenagers. There is offstreet parking available for 5+ cars! There is a lockable shed in which the beach chairs,etc are stored. Your bikes or other beach toys, etc. may be stored there too during your stay. The house has an alarm system which you may use during your stay, with an alarm code of your choice. Otherwise the system will be disarmed, with the exception of the built in fire alarms, while you enjoy your stay.
