Minutes away from Cherokee, downtown Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Cataloochee, and a short distance to Asheville, Cashiers, Highlands, and Gatlinburg. After a day of white water rafting, seeing the elk at Cataloochee, skiing, hiking, fishing, golfing or shopping relax in the hot tub and listen to the peaceful sound of the gentle stream from the covered front porch. This cabin is family owned and we look forward to your visit!

The Blue Ridge Parkway borders the south and the Great Smokies. Pisgah National Forest borders the northern end of Haywood County and the scenery provides unending delight. The grandeur of mountain vistas is punctuated by 19 peaks more than 6,000 feet in elevation such as Cold Mountain, which inspired the national bestseller and movie. Rushing streams provide sparkling clear water and we are unique because no water flows into the county. Every stream, creek and river in the county originates here.
Established in 1808, the 546 square miles of Haywood County include four towns — Canton, Clyde, Maggie Valley and the county seat of Waynesville.
