Located on the eighteenth fairway of the Nicklaus Tournament Course in the prestigious PGA West, this home is sure to provide fabulous vacation memories. The gourmet kitchen is the crème de la crème for the chef in the family, with formal dining for twelve people, a kitchen nook pub table which seats eight and an abundance of counter space and cabinets.

For the TV watchers and sports enthusiasts, how about a 60 inch Sony High Definition TV with surround sound built in the walls and ceilings, including DVD player and state of the art receiver. This home's backyard will keep everyone entertained on either of the three private patios, with remote controlled ceiling fans, all gracing the sparkling pool that has a tanning shelf for two chaise lounges and umbrella table for those hotter days and nights when you want to relax and read your book. Also included is a spa, which is slightly elevated and plotted to provide the maximum view of the spectacular mountains and golf course. There is also a barbecue which provides for pub seating for as many as twelve people and an outdoor refrigerator to keep your beverages and snacks cold.

If it is a little too windy in the back yard, you can move to the courtyard and find casual dining for four, as well as conversation seating for an additional seven, in a romantic setting that includes a gas burning fireplace and backlit waterfall.
