Besides everything that Sunset Island has to offer, miniature golf, a water park, tennis facilities and other amusements reside within a few blocks of Sunset Island. This townhome is one block to the bay, pool, clubhouse, corner store and is right in front of the interactive fountain. Ocean City's boardwalk is a short drive and is served by excellent , convenient bus service. If golf is your bag, there are over 10 championship caliber courses in the area.

  • Rates do not include 6% MD state sales tax and 4.5% Worcester County room tax, which will be added to the rental fee. A $500.00 security deposit is required and will be refunded within 5 business days from check out.

    Reservation require a one half deposit including taxes. A rental agreement will be mailed or faxed to the guest upon receiving the required deposit. The guest must return the rental agreement within 7 business days or lease becomes voided and the property becomes available for re-rent.

    Balance of rent is due 20 days prior to check in.

    Check in time is between 3 pm and 4 pm at the unit itself. The owner will release the keys to the party who has signed the lease agreement, providing the unit is paid in full. The contracted guest on the lease must occupy the unit for the duration of the lease, and may not sub-let the property, and is responsible for all other occupants during the lea
  • Cancellations
    A request for cancellation must be in writing at least two weeks prior to check in date. If the unit becomes re-rented, the entire amount of rent, taxes and fees will be returned to the leasee. If the property is not re-rented, all deposit money will be forfeited.
