Rental Rates for the apartment on Sebago Lake, Western Maine, Maine, USA



Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $700 per week. $200 damage Deposit will be refunded within 10 days at end of rental less deduction for any damages Half of the total amount is due up front to reserve the property. The remaining half is due four weeks prior to the rental.
  • Off season rates will be from spring May 30th to June 27th and the Fall rates will be from September 12th to October 31st. The rates will be $500.00 a week $125.00 a night and $250.00 for a weekend and a minimum of 2 nights stay.

The months of September and October in Maine is a beautiful time of year. The weather is comfortable usually in the 70's. Fall time brings the craft fairs and the biggest fair in Maine the famous Fryeburg Fair beginning October 4th thru October 11th. The fair presents over 200 of Maines most talented musicians and entertainers throughout the Fair week. Other activities for fall experience is apple picking and the beautiful fall folliage near the end of September into the first and second week of October. Come do some site seeing and enjoy magnificent beauty along Maine's roadways.
