New paint and carpet throughout with a wonderfully large open kitchen / great room with granite counter-tops - Great for family reunions and gatherings. The entire home has new furnishings complete with wireless high speed DSL, 2 large flat screen TVs and 2 DVD players. In the backyard there is a Firepit for your relaxation. We have a ping pong table, croquet and darts for fun. There is also an outside shower with hot water to rinse off the beach before you enter our home Once you get here you don't need to drive- Save $$$ on gas. This home is 3 minute walk to a very handy Trolley stop for a ride into town (The kids love this!)It has several stops along the way but ultimately will take you to the Embarcadero for restaurants, shopping, boat rides, whale watching, kayaking, sport fishing, etc.... Basically you can just bring your groceries and you are all set! This home is great for families with kids because we are on a cul-de-sac with very little traffic and great

Home details This gorgeous home is totally remodeled and furnished down to the new linens. Double paned windows, Mexican tile, spacious open floor plan. Perfect for family gatherings! Our home sleeps 6-8 people comfortably, (1) California King in the Hibiscus Room (Master Bedroom), (2) Queen beds in 2nd (The Rose Room) & 3rd Bedrooms (The Palm Room) and a Queen Sofa- Sleeper in the Family room. The beds are new, high end and very cozy. Totally remodeled Hall and Master Bathrooms complete with new tiled showers, toilets, vanity and sinks. In the backyard there is a fire pit for your relaxation with a few extra surprises that you will enjoy. This home is very clean and comfortable. HERE IS ANOTHER COMMENT FROM ONE OF OUR GUESTS; 10-20-08 This was the nicest and cleanest rental house I've ever stayed in. It was like a luxury hotel! :) You've done a beautiful job decorating.
