Just 1 block away is the vibrant South Congress area where there's a variety of , restaurants , cafes, funky vintage stores along side upscale boutiques, markets, and day spas. Less than a mile away is Austin's Long Center for the Performing Arts where Austin houses the opera, symphony, ballet and other independent companies. The Paramount Theater is a little further North on Congress but definitely within walking distance. While your taking in a performance be sure to explore the grounds of the state capitol, just a stones throw away from the Paramount theater.
