The apartment is located in S'Agaro, one of the most beautiful spots of la Costa Brava. Only at 100 Km north from Barcelona, and 30 Km from Girona. Is only 300 meters away from the beach and shopping area, so there is no need for own transport. Is located inside a beautiful condominium, with free access to the swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, basketball and tennis. The apartment has 100 m2, with 3 double bed rooms (all 3 with nice views), 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, big fridge) and a luminous dining room and terrace. The access is adapted to handicapped and seniors. No pets allowed. Non smokers only.

The Costa Brava is one of the most exclusive vacation areas in Spain. Is located North of Barcelona, and its coast is full of nice small beaches called 'Calas' surrounded by high rocky cliffs. Small old fisherman villages are still preserved, as Calella, Llafranc, Tamariu.... Is the perfect spot to just stay in the beach and relax with the family, or move around discovering the beautiful surroundings. S'Agaro beach is a nice calm beach with modern facilities and still preserves the old fashion and exclusive 'Banys de S'Agaro' where in the sixties, and nowadays, you can rent exclusive brilliant coloured painted, wooden houses, to change clothes and keep your beach hardware. Barcelona is only at 1.5 hours, a perfect distance to spend one or two days. Girona is only at 30 minutes, and has also a wide offer. Don't miss the Jewish old city (El Cau Jueu) of Girona.
