An amazing view of the ocean from your living room or patio. Single story condo right on the beach 1/2 block walk from Manny's - the biggest and best outdoor bar in Rocky Point. Best area of Rocky Point. Close to night life, Old Port, Manny's and neighborhood shops. Fun for the family. Fireworks are legal on the beach east of the condo. Local women bring freshly made tortillas, burritos, and tamales to your patio most mornings. Shrimp fishermen come by or you can go to Old Port and get fresh seafood to BBQ on the patio. Local grocery, Super Lay, has good produce and interesting local selections. Convenience store, firewood and fireworks stores are right on the road into Playa Mirador condos. Sand dune 3 wheelers available to rent, ultra lite flying, banana boat rides, watch the dolphins from the patio, scuba, sail, fish, dinner cruise. The best activity is to sit on the patio and just enjoy the view!
