Naples condo Rental Property Information

Beautiful 1700 sf, ground floor condo minutes to all shopping and beaches. Never have to go far for anything. Enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the relaxing lanai overlooking the lake and watching many different birds. egrets and blue herons that visit. This home is comfortable and you never feel crowded. There are 4 TVs, one in everything bedroom, den and living room. King Bed in master, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom; Queen pull out sleep sofa in private Den. Plenty of everything you may need for your stay including beach chairs. Just bring your clothes and the rest will be there here in 'Paradise' Naples on the Gulf of Mexico. The heated pool is just steps out the door.

Location, Location - Pinewoods is a wonderful quiet area of single family homes and condos located off Airport Rd (in between Golden Gate Parkway & Pine Ridge Rd) and less than a mile to all the shopping and all your daily needs. Close to beaches, health centers, movies, water park, zoo, hiking trails, conservation areas, parks, performing arts, beautiful 5th avenue, restaurants, Naples Airport and more. Everglades National Park less than 30 minutes away. This location is excellent.
