This is a NON SMOKING ONLY apartment and is fully-equipped with new furniture and linens, eat-in kitchen (seats 4), private bathroom,42 inch flat screen TV with HD directv, free WI-FI access, free local phone calls and even a full computer station for our guests in the bedroom.

This apartment is located on 16th st between 4th & 5th avenue. Park Slope is a great neighborhood filled with restaurants,cafes and mom & pop shops. Just 15 minutes to Manhattan, Prospect Park is just 4 blocks away and holds summer time outdoor concerts for free, strolls through wooded areas that seem far from New York City all year, dog walking, running or cycling. Explore the ethnic neighborhoods of Brooklyn: Coney Island, Williamsburg, Carroll Gardens,Brooklyn Hights. Visit the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Children's Museum, the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. Go antiquing on Atlantic Avenue. Eat at trendy restaurants on Smith Street and Montague Street, or walk and see the breathtaking NYC views at the Promenade. There is a $250 booking deposit required for reservation. You can pay with credit card ( Paypal)
The remainder balance is due upon arrival, this can be paid by travelers checks ($100 multiples max) US postal money order or cash.
Upon arrival your booking deposit will convert to a fully refundable $250 security/damage deposit.
This is refunded after checkout as long as there are no damages sustained to property.
If you or someone staying smoke, you will loose your security deposit.
This will require me to change all the drapes and even sanitize the rugs, sofa and chair.
Apartment is equipped with cigarette smoke detector.
Three or more weeks booking receive discounted rates. This apt is located on 16th st bet 4th & 5th ave in Park Slope.
