Shared Ski Season Availability We would like to find a party to split the ski season with us with alternating weeks/weekends available. We like to reserve New Year's and Reggae Weekend, but the rest of the dates are negotiable through the season. In a shared seasonal arrangement we would have a base rent and split the utilities. The Shared season rate is $10,000 for every other week from ski season opening to close, plus one half of the utilities. This rate is well under the advertised market for split season rentals.

Apartment Note that there is a separate apartment on the lower level which may be occupied by family or friends independently of the main house. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen and bath. There is a bunkroom and a pull out couch. A woodstove is located opposite the television. The apartment is also available for rent. $400/ week off season and $100/ night during ski season, plus housekeeping charge.
