What's your pleasure? No matter your tastes you will find this beach house in the most convenient of locations. 1 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the pier, amusements and clubs and 'Downeaster' train station. Whale watching, fishing. Ocean Park Game Preserve with walking trails. Homer Winslow’s Studio at Prouts Neck. Funtown, Splashtown, Aquaboggan. Beautiful State Parks with Lighthouses Portland Sea Dogs baseball. Scarborough Downs. Kayaking, canoeing. A short ride to Kittery, with over 150 factory outlets, Kennebunkport or to LL.Beans in Freeport. Fireworks on the beach every Thursday evening(9:45 PM) throughout the summer. Ferry boat excursions to off-shore islands and Windjammer Cruises. Public Golf Course. Museums. Come stay in June or September. Have the beach to yourself. Only a short drive to the mountains.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- July and August $2750 per week.
All other months $1500 per week.
June, July, August, and September rent only by the week not by the
day.
Rents Saturday to Saturday.
Checkout 10AM. Check in 1PM.
Daily rentals are available for the months October through May.
There is a 2 day minimum stay and the rates are $500 per day.
