Playa del Carmen condo Rental Property Information

Classic Spanish architecture, thoughtful space-planning, and tasteful interior design make Hacendas Hoeschler at Arena Blanca some of the classiest condos in Playa del Carmen. Our first floor condos (no stairs!) are situated amidst tropical flowers, palm trees, and a gorgeous tiled pool. You will feel like the pool and gardens are all yours! We designed our condo to easily accommodate four people, with built-in mahogany cabinets and two bathrooms. Our customers have raved about the beauty and convenience we created for them. Our condo has a lovely small garden terrace off the master bedroom and the private use of our ROOF TOP TERRACE with lovely views of the Caribbean and the city of Playa. Arena Blanca is perfectly situated in the newer North End of Playa, close to the quaint shops and sweet restaurants of 'Little Italy' on Fifth Avenue. We are centrally located without being smack dab in the busy centro. We have two condos and our calendar is VERY flexible. Just ask!
