Our beautifully renovated oceanfront home comes complete with a fabulous lobster feast each week. Located near the end of a private road, you'll feel like you've truly gotten away from it all, yet you're only minutes from historic Yarmouth Village, Freeport's famous outlets and the Old Port's restaurants and boutiques. This charming house features pumpkin pine floors, custom cherry kitchen and furniture and amazing views from all rooms. Have a drink out on the deck or take a nap on the sun porch overlooking the bay and our beautifully landscaped gardens. Walk down the winding staircase to our own rock beach and take a swim in the Cove at high tide. Explore tidal pools or bike over to Sandy Point Beach on Cousins Island. We provide high speed Internet access, cable & free calling w/in the US. The house has an eat-in kitchen w/deck, living rm and family rm both with cable, DVD & stereo, a sun porch, a large L-shaped master w/queen and pull-out sofa & a lg second bdrm w/2 twin bed

Bring your fishing pole, canoe or kayak and head out for a day on the water. Our protected cove is the perfect place to enjoy the rocky Maine coast. Sit on the porch and watch snowy egrets and blue heron catching their dinner. Bike out to Cousin's Island and take the ferry over to Chebeague Island. Head up into town and check out the quaint antique shops and cafes or just stroll down Main Street and get an ice cream at Andy's Handy. End the day with drinks on the deck and a fabulous dinner at the Royal River Grill House watching the yachts and lobster boats go by.

Things to do... Enjoy a hike at one of four parks within a few minutes drive: Royal River Park, Winslow State Park, Hedgehog Mountain, Bradbury Mountain or Wolf Neck Woods. Take a course at LL Bean's adventure school in fly fishing or skeet shooting and check out their paddling center. It's all only a few miles away. We've compiled a complete list of local attractions and activities as well as wonderful local restaurants and will be happy to share our favorites with you.

For the kids... For the kids there are two wonderful playgrounds in town as well as area attractions that include the Aquaboggan Water Park and Fun Town Splash Town USA in Saco Maine (about 45 minutes away). We also have many beautiful white sand beaches south of Portland that are about 40 minutes away. Other family favorites are the Maine Wildlife Park in Gray (35 minutes), the Desert of Maine in Freeport (20 minutes), and Sebago Lake State Park in Casco (45 minutes). The kids and adults will want to visit Eartha the world's largest globe which is right here in Yarmouth at Delorme Map Company headquarters. We also have a beautiful YMCA with two swimming pools and a great workout facility just 4 miles up the road. There is also a local movie theater nearby in Falmouth just 15 minutes away.

Skiing Information: Sunday River Ski Resort is 1 hour and 45 minutes away. Sugarloaf USA is 2 hours away

Golf Information: There are two public golf courses. Toddy Brook Golf Course is 8.34 miles away and Val Halla Golf and Recreation is 6.87 miles away.
