San Jose del Cabo condo Rental Property Information

THE CONDO(s): Either of the two (2) condos can be rented individually or together, as there is a lockable double door (for sound proofing) that connects the studio condo to the livingroom of the one bedroom condo. Rent them together or separately. Both condos have private, third floor balconies that face the Sea of Cortez and beach. Both have forced air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in every room. By renting both condominiums you can accommodate up to eight (8) people maximum, as there are enough sleeping accommodations, though that would be crowded. The one bedroom condo is 850 square feet, the studio is 650 square feet, and the combination of both condos is 1,500 square feet total. ACCOMMODATIONS: The one bedroom condo has a king size bed. The studio has a queen bed. Both condos have one single roll-away bed each, and both also have queen size fold out sofa each. Each condo accommodates up to four (4) people maximum, but are better suited for two or three people.

THE AREA: San Jose del Cabo's Costa Azul Beach is quiet, and is the longest sandy beach of all of Los Cabos. San Jose del Cabo is a slower paced historic Colonial Mexican town, well known for great shops and restaurants. If you want more action, Cabo San Lucas is only twenty minutes away. CLIMATE: Temperatures are generally in the mid 80s, but it gets cooler in mid winter and warmer in mid summer, and hot in August, September and October.

THE CONDO(s): There are actually two (2) condos here, one is our one-bedroom unit which shares a adjoining door with our studio condo. Either condo can be rented individually or the door can be unlocked and opened so that you can rent both condos together. Both condos, including the bedroom of the one-bedroom condo, have large verandas and face the Sea of Cortez, with wonderful views, as are you can see from the photos. Both have Forced Air Airconditioning and Ceiling Fans in every room. Grills on ocean facing balcony, with dining tables and chairs. THE AREA: This is a quiet area of Los Cabos, on the long sandy beach of San Jose del Cabo, a somewhat sleepy very old Mexican town. The town of San Jose del Cabo has many small shops and restaurants. San Jose is an old Mexican colonial town with a more authentic, easy going, and slower paced atmosphere than Cabo San Lucas. But, if you want more action, Cabo San Lucas is only twenty minutes away.

We have two condos on the beach in the La Jolla Condo complex in San Jose del Cabo, on the southern tip of Baja, California, Mexico. Both condos are situated next to each other. One is a one bedroom condo, and the other is a studio condo. The condos are situated about twenty minutes from the airport and twenty minutes from Cabo San Lucas, in a mature quiet condo complex, in what we believe is the best area in all of Los Cabos. These condos can be rented separately or combined, should you need a two bedroom unit.

This view is from the veranda of the livingroom side of our one bedroom condo, face the beach, as you can see. This is relatively the same view shared by the other side of the veranda, accessed by a sliding door from the bedroom. The view is also about the same from veranda of the studio condo. All views overlook our neighbors hotel pool. Our pool is adjacent to the building that or condo is in, which is to the left of this view. Our pool is heating during cooler months, and very nice. Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm daily, and the beach is only footsteps away.
