A last-minute cancellation on the prime Christmas week and a few unbooked weeks encouraged me to discount the rate 20%. This home has great access to the entire city and all necessary services & transportation are within blocks. Christmas is also discounted if the entire week or more is reserved.

Door to deck & enclosed washer & gas dryer. --Formal DR w/ wood floors, original marble fireplace, stereo/DVD, French doors to deck & built-in buffet. Approx. 14’x12’. Table expands for up to 12 persons. --Living Room w/ wood floors, bay window & plantation shutters. Approx. 16’x14’ --1 full bathroom w/ pedestal sink, slate floors & clear glass shower/tub doors. -- 50' plasma TV, BLU-RAY DVD, VCR, HD cable and WiFi all included.
Second floor details: --High ceilings, new carpeting, and plantation shutters throughout. --Large Master Bedroom w/ fireplace, 3 closets, & French doors to private sunroom. Approx. 28’x15’. Carpeted. 1 new King bed and 1 convertible double sized chaise. MBR Bath has pedestal sink, shower, slate floor & door to sunroom. --2nd Bedroom. 160 sq. ft. with 1 Queen bed and two twins (can convert twins to a king bed) --3rd Bedroom. 120 sq. ft. with twin bunk beds. --Shared large bathroom with two-person jetted tub, pedestal, tiled walls & floor, large openable skylight.

That ranking paired with the multiple bus lines (the 31, 5, 21 and 43) make this central location a great place to experience the complete range of San Francisco's diverse neighborhoods and exciting attractions. Parking is very easy and includes the right to park in front of the driveway.
