The home is ideal in that there is plenty of reason to get out and plenty of reason not to leave. Home is in the woods which can be a welcome change to a frenzied day on the boat. The walk from the Home to the Lake is lined with $2,000,000 homes. The lake is basically 'emptied' out periodically by way of the electric dam so it is clean as a whistle. There is a rockin pool slide that sends you into the the shallow swim area of your dock, and picnic benches, swing set, basketball, etc. The lake is large--but small enough that it does warm up. Back at the house there is a fire ring, a screened in porch, two decks, the hot tub, the bar, the stream, and the deer.

The home was renovated and added to in 2004. A newer area of the home includes a spacious living room with hardwood floors, floor to ceiling windows, and vaulted ceiling. The kitchen was also updated with a new dishwasher, fridge, stove, sink, extendable faucet, and granite countertops. The deck and screened in porch were also added on. The basement level has an old -school bar, four barstools, refrigerator, bathroom, wood stove, and giant TV. Beyond the bar is a gigantic recreation room with wood paneling.
