Redding house Rental Property Information

This Large home has an open floor plan with two large living rooms which open up onto a wrap around deck, great for star gazing or having breakfast with a view of Mt. Lassen. A large open kitchen allows the cook(s) to enjoy the company of everyone. Bring your horses, because there are two 1-acre size fenced in areas for them. We are with in walking distance of Paynes Creek Wildlife Preserve which features lots of horse trails as well as a wetlands for spectacular bird watching and great biking. We are also just off the Sacramento River Bend which features some of the best fishing for salmon, trout and stripped bass in Northern California. We are on the northern side of Red Bluff CA. in the small community of Bend Ferry on the Sacramento River Bend. If you are planning a family get-together, company retreat or just want to get away this is an ideal location. We are only minutes from many mountain lakes like Whiskey town or Black Butte lake and 45 minutes from Mt. Shasta and Mt. Lasson.

Red Bluff is on the Sacramento River. Our house is a five minute drive to the Sacramento River Bend, which is one of the nations best fishing regions. We are also minutes from the Paynes Creek hunting reserve which boasts beautiful horse trails as well as duck ponds where birders come to watch yearly migrations. Red Bluff is also on the national rodeo circuit and hosts annual boating shows.
