Located on a golf course, two-bedroom, two-bath, non-smoking house in Gulf Harbor Community in New Port Richey, Florida. This single story house is beautifully furnished and comfortably sleeps eight people. It is 90 minutes to Disney, Sea World, and Universal Studios, and only 45 minutes to Busch Gardens in Tampa.
Our spacious, 2000-square-foot house has all the comforts of home. There is a wood-burning fireplace, a deck with grill that overlooks the golf course. It includes a washer and dryer and a fully-equipped kitchen. It features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, bath with shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds with dresser and large closet. The house is beautifully furnished and everything is new.
We provide a 'FREE BEACH' pass for th entire length of stay to our private community. The beach is located five minutes from the house. The beach is equipped with barbecues, showers, cabanas, etc.
