Newly remodeled, our bright, three-bedroom (King, 2 Queens), three bathrooms, two story home is located on a large private lot. Decorated with style and attractive furnishings, our house greets you with sunny freshness and openness, yet has a cozy feel for settling in on days for relaxation and comfort. A white wooden fence encloses a lovely, private acreage of coconut trees and palms, perfect for lounging and reading. The modern kitchen is adorned with custom cabinetry done by a local Italian artist. Hardwood floors, dishwasher, gas stove top, refrigerator, water machine and microwave complete this fully-stocked kitchen. All appliances are new.

Here are a few ideas : -Do not speed. Ever. They will get you. -Traveling on Ocean Hwy ( the only N-S road) is easy using the Mile Markers(MM). They small signs on the sides of the road telling you where you are in the Keys. I am at MM91.5. Key West is 0. So ask for directions by asking where the MM of the restaurant, bar, etc is. -Key West is 2 hours from my house . Nice ride. Leave early. Come back late. -Great pool in Plantation Key. Approx MM85. Olympic pool for swimming. -Morada Bay restaurant MM80. Great food(15-35$ entrée), bar on the bay side with lite music -MM88 restaurant is great. With bar on the ocean. Romantic. -Snappers restaurant MM94 Ocean side (same price). Live music and great bar. Great food -Pierre's (next to Morada Bay)- high end, unbelievable food, best in all the keys. Elegant bar w/o music. -Islamorada Fish Company MM82? Ocean- outdoor eating on dock on the ocean. Midfare -Tropical café MM92 (

The second bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed and balcony. At the end of the hallway is a large third bedroom with antiques, queen-size bed, lots of windows, and an exterior door leading out to the widows peak on the upper level of the house. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have special linens and comforters.
