Rockport apartment Rental Property Information

Studio apartment, second floor, large deck on ocean, fully furnished, full kitchen, parking spots, large claw foot bathtub with shower. Living room, dining area, queen size bed, lots of storage space, TV and video. Credit check needed, first, last and security deposit. Cable & Internet access available, water included. Rockport has many activities during the off season but if you want privacy you can just sit on the deck and watch the ocean's rejuvenating powers. For rent September 1, 2009 to May 31, 2010. May be able to rent through June if there are no summer tenants. We are such a popular spot during the summer that we are rented fully through August 2010. The winter rental is a wonderful R & R (rest and rejuvenation) However, there is so much going on throughout the fall, winter and spring that if you want activities, there are plenty. Bring your bike, kayak,etc and get in shape.

Artist colony, local theater, bike paths, kayaking, sailing, deep sea fishing, fishing from the back yard on the rocks, beach within walking distance, foliage during fall, winter festivals, parades, walking, village type atmosphere, very safe, lots of art on Bearskin Neck so lots of safety measures, small shops open year round, scuba diving, wonderful restaurants. community camaraderie, friendly atmosphere or you can be left alone if you would rather, local library quite good, lots of donated money making it very popular.
