There is a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. Tidewater Condominiums are located in the heart of Orange Beach just minutes from Gulf Shores and Perdido Key. It is located 1/2 mile from the Flora-Bama Bridge where fishing is excellent. There are great restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Also close by are marinas (across the street), exceptional golf courses, fishing, and of course fantastic shopping. This condo will truly make a wonderful vacation destination for a family or a romantic get-away for a couple. During the summer, from the balcony, watching the moon come up over the Gulf is breathtaking. During the fall and winter, the sunrises and sunsets will take your breath away. Coffee on the balcony at 7:00 AM makes the trip worthwhile. You will never forget the sight. Largest marina in Orange Beach and three eateries across the street on Cotton Bayou.

New updates The balcony has been tiled. New granite counter top with undermount sink, new decorative mirror and new haligen light fixture in the bathroom. There is also new bedroom furniture in the bedroom.
